The house is located 15 minutes from the airport Tenerife South by car. Downstairs are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and one restroom are, upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. At the back of the house is a large terrace and the entrance to swimming pools. The house belongs to a complex with 2 pools and a small one for children. Shops and restaurants are not too far; near the house is a boardwalk along the ocean .
