We are located across the street from the Sheraton, which is also Sundance Film Festival's headquarters! For the summer, we are one of the VERY FEW places in Park CIty that has A/C. No pool.

Hot tub open year round. Pool open during summer months. Restaurants within walking distance. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to access.
