Welcome to our 1 bedroom Airbnb with a separate private entrance situated on the ground floor (bottom floor) of a three level house. The airbnb comfortably sleeps 2 people with access to a large dedicated deck. The house is located in the Oakland hills in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful serene canyon as your back drop. It is centrally located approximately 20 minutes to all nearby cities; San Francisco Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Hayward and the Oakland Airport (during non-commute hours)

Enjoy Shepherd Canyon: sunlight dancing on leaves, birds flying at eye level, sun setting behind eucalyptus trees, flickering lights at night. Downstairs floor (1100 sq ft) of mid-century home in Oaklands Hills. Full kitchen for snacks or gourmet meals, comfy queen bed in bedroom, sofa bed in living room. Enjoy picturesque walk to Montclair Village or hike/ bike right up the hill. Drive 11 minutes to BART, located in Rockridge, which also has restaurants and shops to explore. Minimum age 25

Quiet Comfortable and Elegant Urban Retreat

Our house is located in the center of Rockridge (1 block from College Ave) and adjacent to Elmwood (Berkeley). It’s a “walkers paradise” near cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a 10-12 minute walk to the Rockridge BART station. We have lived here for 30 years and recently completed a major renovation. In the process we created a new 400 sq. ft. ground floor unit with a private entrance for friends, family and Airbnb. We are LGBTQ friendly and provide a safe space for solo female travelers.

Located in Oakland's scenic lower hills, the Airbnb is the downstairs of our house. It includes 1 spacious bedroom w/desk, a smaller bedroom with a double bed, & tv, a full bathroom, kitchen, & a small dining area. The private entrance from the back patio looks out over a spacious yard. Our neighborhood has tall trees, expansive green space, and is quiet, friendly & safe. A few minutes from Park Blvd.'s and Montclair's many cafes, it's even closer to the Dimond district's eateries & markets.

Queen size bed & small futon appropriate for a child or small adult. Walk to Temescal neighborhood for shops & foodies! Access to 3 BART stations, UC Berkeley, & the freeway. Awesome neighbors & sunny backyard for guests. Downstairs attached to main house. Located in Oakland ACROSS THE BAY from San Francisco.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.
