The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.

The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.
