We are happy to offer our 2nd story, 600 sqf barn studio with full bath and kitchenette tucked away on a 3 acre horse property with a large deck overlooking a pond. A true Country experience, yet just 2 mins from George Bush turnpike, 1.5 mile to DART Rail, 17 mins drive to downtown Dallas, Plano, Allen, 5 mins to Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall. You must be OK with horses (on 3 sides of the barn) and free roaming chickens.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

The home has cable TV and a separate internet plan with wifi. The bed is queen sized and is a high quality memory foam and on an adjustable frame. There is a separate fenced in yard for your dog to enjoy. The property is quite and has a lot or air space between neighbors for added privacy.
