HDTV with Amazon FireTV stick and free WiFi. Heating and A/C. There is a huge private deck w/ seating and a BBQ. One queen bed w/ down comforter and down mattress topper...very comfy!

Close to groceries, restaurants, shopping malls. Easy access to freeways. Brand new furniture and mattress bedding. Has its own heater and AC, not shared with the rest of the building. Shares a wall with the rest of the house where my family lives.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.
