Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house also features a charming mezzanine surrounded by stone vaults, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

La casa presenta 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno, una cucina attrezzata con piano induzione, lavastoviglie, microonde, un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto, una zona pranzo, un disimpegno con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tutti gli ambienti, compreso il bagno, sono climatizzati. Viene fornita la biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani.
