La casa era originariamente un Mulino ad acqua costruito agli inizi del 1800. E' stato ristrutturato di recente e presenta nel piano terra una cucina abitabile, un soggiorno con un ampia vetrata che guarda sul giardino, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia.
