Just a few steps away to the glistening water of Lake Nueces, breathtaking mountain views, and upscale amenities make this home irresistible! Retreat to the water and fish from the bank, hop in a kayak or Jon boat, or start a fire in the pit to end a perfect day. There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and another entrance into the main house. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and all rooms have TV. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. No houses behind property.

Fully stocked kitchen & 2 refrigerators. Tons of parking for family reunions, front & back covered porches. Back porch includes 2 large picnic tables with ceiling fans to keep you cool. Outdoor fireplace area, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole & basketball. Enjoy watching the deer wander through the property. This home has it all!

This Texas Hill Country farm offers, dark skies, natural rivers and a state of mind that is only found here. On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. Hot tub. Burn ban on most of time(drought) ,please ask No smoking in cabin!

Master bedroom has king size bed, the two other bedrooms have queen size bed, comfortable for sleeping six people the spacious living room is furnished with couch set as well with two club chairs with Ottomans. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped, theirs a washer and dryers also available for your convenience, guest can enjoy an afternoon relaxation on the 1700sf deck or floating the river.

Situated just north of Camp Wood, Texas, this historic home comfortably sleeps 12 , recently remodeled, and promises a serene retreat. A unique riverfront experience with access to the Nueces River. The heart of the house is its large deck - perfect for the stunning Texas sunsets or gathering around the firepit. We also provide kayaks for exploring, tree swings, and hammocks for ultimate relaxation.

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on 40 private acres with great views and live creek access. Secluded & private. No neighbors. Large patio & fenced back yard are guest favorites, great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing, bird watching, scenic views. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked way better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (8 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).

For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
