Come for a week if you are on a course or enjoy walking in Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest ,the nearby Derbyshire Dales.

A sweeping Georgian staircase leads to two grand en-suite double bedrooms. Light and sunny with south west facing windows overlooking the large front garden surrounded by mature trees. We are very popular with the visiting Antique Traders to the Newark Fairs and shops. There is plenty to explore locally.

The Stables, Rural B+B, Nr A1/ShowGround

The Stables is a self contained en-suite bedroom above the tack room in our stable block in the grounds of our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. There is a TV, WiFi, small table and chairs so breakfast of cereal, croissants and coffee/ tea can be enjoyed in the room or weather permitting in our courtyard. Quaint and quirky in a quiet rural spot on the edge of an ancient monument, only 5 minutes from the A1 and Newark Showground, between Newark and Lincoln. Dogs by request extra £10/dog.

Holly Caravan

Holly is a one double bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds. It has a kitchen, lounge and dining room area and a bathroom. The caravan is now fully central heated throughout with an additional gas fire in the lounge area. Our on-line booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights). A double room in my lovely modern home, with use of the newly refurbished family bathroom. I live within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham can all be reached in less than an hour. Sherwood Forest is less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity. Easy on street parking and a relaxed homely feel.
