Within the five-hundred-acre estate you are surrounded by nature at its best. There are two lakes and the Otter-Burn in the grounds. The village is a few minutes walk, Warkworth castle and coquet river walk a 5 minute stroll and the golden sands of Warkworth beach a 10 minute walk away from the hideaway.

There is also a mini-laundrette. It is 15 minutes’ walk to Longframlington with its two pubs, the famous Running Fox teashop, a village store and butcher’s shop. Linden Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking Northumberland countryside and coast.
