Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

Folks come here to get away from the noise and bustle, artists to work in the beautiful setting. Walk to the top of the hill and see incredible stars on a clear night. Fall asleep listening to the great horned owl calling to her mate. Watch dawn light up the small valley below, perhaps catch a glimpse of the red fox as he passes. Bring ice for cooler.

This studio apartment is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day.
