The Cifrapart Guesthouse is situated in the city of Eger in a nice and cosy suburban area, 8-10 minutes on foot from the historical center. The house was built close to Gardonyi House and the backyard of the very famous Eger Castle. The city view from the street is incredibly gorgeous. The Guesthouse consist of 3 rooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Besides, 1 car can safely park on the house backyard. I can't rent out the whole house for 1-2 people/1 night! The prices: 10.000 HUF/people/night Under the age of 3 is free!

Gyönyörű panoráma, friss levegő és nyugalom. Ebben a környezetben épült a ház, amelyben két szeparált apartman (barna és szürke) található, ezeket külön-külön, vagy akár a teljes házat is bérelni tudod. Ha ebben a hirdetésben foglalsz, akkor a teljes házat, azaz mindkét apartmant lefoglalod és csak Ti lesztek a házban! A házból és a kert bármely pontjáról csodálhatod a Dunát és a Visegrádi várat. Imádni fogod, ha este egy pohár borral a kezedben bambulod a hajókat és Visegrád fényeit.

A város szélén, nyugodt, madárcsicsergős környezetben fekszik békés otthonunk, amit azért is szeretünk szívből, mert innen erdei-mezei séták is 1-2 perc gyaloglással elérhetők. Galériás, nagy belmagasságú nappalink a tágas, kertkapcsolatos teraszra néz. Konyhánk minden főzéshez szükséges kellékkel felszerelt, óriási családi ebédeket rendezhetünk itt, és jó időben a teraszon terítünk. Forgalommentes zsákutcában, nagy, zöld, családbarát kertünkben házi kedvenceidet is szeretettel várjuk.

Miskolcon városközponti elhelyezkedéssel a pályaudvartól 1 kilométer távolságra, a belvárostól öt percnyi séta távolságra található új, klimatizál, korszerű apartman lakás. Domboldalon, erdő szélén helyezkedik el kék-fehérben pompázó vendégházunk. Pároknak, családoknak, baráti társaságoknak tökéletes kikapcsolódás és feltöltődés a teraszon lévő dézsa meleg vizéből nézni a panorámát, a hóesést, éjszaka a csillagokat vagy a kert épp virágzó gyümölcsfáit. Az erdő pár lépés, a közelben sok érdekesség van (programajánlónkban bővebb információk). A Mátra lankás dombjai minden évszakban gyönyörűek! Mátranovák szép kis falu, érdemes eljönni hozzánk!

View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.

A hálószobákban lévő francia ágyak igény szerint szétágyazhatóak. A nappaliban helyet kapott kanapé kiágyazható 2 fő részére, így összesen 6 fő elhelyezése megoldható. Kérésre mobil babaágyat is biztosítunk!
