Välkommen till havet vid Öja, ca. 15 km söder om Karleby! I denna idylliska och lugna miljö, kan du framförallt njuta av att bada bastu - med en fantastisk utsikt rakt söderut! Byggår 2022/23. Bastu rymmer 6 vuxna. På vintern finns ingen tillgång till vatten, endast sommarvatten. Men gillar du att vinterbada, hålls vaken öppen. Bäddsoffa för 2 pers + litet loft för övernattning. Tervetuloa lomalle tai etätöitä tekemään ihanan tunnelmalliseen keloparitalomökkiin Syötteelle, Pytkynharjuun. Mökin pihasta avautuu Syötteen retkeilyalueen ja kansallispuiston upeat maisemat. Maastopyöräilemään, vaeltamaan tai hiihtämään pääsee suoraan mökin pihasta. Syötteen palvelut ja hiihtokeskus on vain muutaman minuutin autolla ajomatkan päässä (n. 5km). Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. Käytössä WiFi. Hintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat kolmelle.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
