Farm stay in a large off-grid tipi

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! As this is off-grid, there is no running water at the tipi but an outdoor shower is free for all guests to use at the farm. We offer: drinking water from a fountain and a water tank by the outhouse. A solar battery with one outlet for phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site.

Waterfront Saffron Bell Tent

This 5 metre boho-inspired bell tent located at lakecroft, boasts a queen-size bed and can accommodate two glampers comfortably. With enchanting decor and access to nature, glampers can enjoy the best of both worlds while staying here. Centrally located to Sandbanks beach, wineries, and known restaurants . After an adventurous day in the great outdoors, glampers can fire up the BBQ grill and sit back with a glass of wine. Other amenities include electrical outlets, lamps, and a mini-fridge.

Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels, blankets and pillows ! Feel free bring your favorite pillows! There is no drinking water provided !
