Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels and blankets but bring your favorite pillows and water. Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories. We live on the property but you’ll have complete privacy.

Waterfront Saffron Bell Tent

This 5 metre boho-inspired bell tent located at lakecroft, boasts a queen-size bed and can accommodate two glampers comfortably. With enchanting decor and access to nature, glampers can enjoy the best of both worlds while staying here. Centrally located to Sandbanks beach, wineries, and known restaurants . After an adventurous day in the great outdoors, glampers can fire up the BBQ grill and sit back with a glass of wine. Other amenities include electrical outlets, lamps, and a mini-fridge.

Farm stay in a large off-grid tipi

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! As this is off-grid, there is no running water. Drinking water from a water fountain and a handwashing water tank by the outhouse. Solar panels power a battery with one outlet for phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site. An outdoor shower is free for all guests at the farm.

Morning & evening deer, turkey, fox & coyotes in the field. Bring your bike. Fly a kite! Take a walk along the river. A short drive away is Jensen Ledges, which is a spectacular hiking trip. You will have exclusive use of the campsite, our Tipi hideaway is perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors, sleeping under the stars, without sacrificing the comforts of home. When you come up our lane, stop at our house and we will take you to the site. You can drive to it. Please read and understand all our rules before you visit.
