Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. The studio is ideal for longer stays. It offers a small kitchen with a coffee machine on 25 m2, next to a comfortable bed (180 x 200), a small dining/work table with 2 stools, a closet, a wardrobe with a suitcase rack and a stylish bathroom with a rain shower. Of course, the studio has WiFi, a safe and a TV. Kitchen: there are pans but no oil or spices. Frying pans are not allowed for fire safety reasons. Please register pets (fees apply).
