Perfect little get away pad in Brighton for two. With a renovated bathroom and kitchen, this one bedroom with two king single beds. It is great for a couple or two friends . A view of the ocean from the livingroom and deck and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an old weatherboard charmer, with quirks reflecting its age. It is insulated and a cosy heatpump will keep the chill at bay on a stormy day. Please note that the fire place is not available to use. Pets welcome but tell us first please

Beautiful view of the city and harbour, and sunrise and sunsets A lovely garden and a deck looking out over the city, which guests are welcome to enjoy We welcome dogs but pre approval is required. Dogs must be toilet trained, well behaved and social. New Modern 4 Bedroom House. Warm/Cosy. Heated/cooled by 2 Heatpumps and a woodburner. 15mins drive from Airport and Dunedin town centre. Generally quiet neighbourhood, but is near the Rescue Helicopter Base so on occaision helicopters can be heard. House is double glazed so this is not usually intrusive. Bungalow by the Sea

Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes.Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day. The bungalow is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and 20 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Green Island, a 6km drive away, offers a supermarket, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. The bungalow is pet friendly- please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required as is respect for our furniture and linen.

Harbour Heights

Studio unit with ensuite bathroom offers amazing views of the Otago Peninsula. Stunning beaches and plenty of walks are on your doorstep. Quiet semi-rural location that is just a 15 minute drive from Dunedin city centre. Port Chalmers village is close by with cosy cafes and delicious restaurants. The property is also home to a Border Collie and sheep. Pet friendly, a horse paddock is available. Washing machine available on request. We can also provide a trundler bed and porta cot.

Our modern architectural guest house is located in the trendy Dunedin suburb of St Clair. Just 5 minutes away from white sand beaches, world-famous surf, golf, heated salt-water pools, & an array of restaurants & bars. Either roll straight out of bed & onto the golf course, work-cation in style just 10 minutes drive from the city center, or use this as a base to explore the scenery & wildlife of the Otago Peninsula, home to albatross, seals, the yellow-eyed penguin, & Larnach Castle.
