Cozy Summerhouse by the River

Characteristic Summerhouse with a big private backyard that has a terrace, BBQ, a hammock and of course a ping-pong table with BIKES & FISHING ROD included in the rent. Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. I have had the house for rent during winter for many seasons, you can find & check the reviews on my profile (one with igloo as cover)!

This beautiful Villa Uuttu is located right on the lake front. It has four bedrooms, big common area with a fire place and smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and sauna area. Free use of washing machine and dryer for guests. Also for kids, there’s books and board games available. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet doing different activities depending on the time of year. In winter we offer complimentary snowshoes and ice fishing gears. Summertime a rowing boat and paddle boards are available.

A luxury house with view to the lake, a hottube

This new scandinavian stylish house is bright and spacious with high windows and a beautiful view to the lake. Peaceful place but near everything. You can watch sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. Lots of space for even bigger group with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 300 square meters. There is extra space in the basement for playing including gym equipment. Kids can use sledges and feel the snowy winter in the yard. You have everything you need like towels, bedding, sledges..

Villa Pahta, More than just accommodation! PEACE!

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Have a great time at this peaceful place to stay. Large living area, big fire place, big sauna, everything you need for a great stay is here for you. Kaunis talo järvimaisemalla 205 m2 ja iso terassi. Talo on valmistunut 2012. Talosta on hyvä näkymä auringonlaskujen katsomista varten ja revontuliakin on mahdollista nähdä tiettyinä aikoina. Talossa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja avara olohuone sekä keittiö. Saunasta pääsee suoraan terassille. Pihalla on iso trampoliini lapsille. Keskusta on vain 4 kilometrin päässä. Takan käyttö on lisäpalvelu.
