Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.
