Welcome to my Boho Garden Studio (fka Cozy Country Studio) — a peaceful rustic retreat in the heart of North Hollywood. With high wood-beam ceilings, a garden filled with chickens, and fresh eggs most mornings, guests often say it feels like escaping to the countryside while still being just minutes from the highlights of LA. It is a perfect home base as you explore Hollywood and beyond. **I have been off the site for a year while doing some sweet updates and now we are back better than ever!**

Warm and cozy private haven in a newly renovated guest house. Our tranquil hideaway is nestled behind a lush garden with ROAMING ANIMALS with its own entrance and private courtyard. We provide a fully equipped kitchenette, a convertible king size bed, ample closet and shelf space, quality bath and shower products, fresh linens and towels, wireless internet, hair dryer, coffee machine, Netlix, HBO MAX, Hulu, Disney and other channels. Lounge on the outdoor couch or have dinner all fresco.

This is a bright and airy, classic mid-century modern home designed by renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer, and features their signature post-and-beam construction, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows. It also features a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the spacious back yard with large pool and 2nd patio off the den with small sitting area, water fountain and plants everywhere. The house sits next to a grade school in a quiet neighborhood in a quaint cul-de-sac.

Immaculately decorated and beautiful, you won't want to leave. But when you do, you are minutes away from Universal Studios, Hollywood, stunning hikes and everything that L.A. has to offer. Everyone has called this place a "tree house" because of the birds eye view of the hills in the heights of the tree tops and if you keep the doors open you get a great breeze. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.

(without traffic) from Universal Studios, the Burbank Airport, Noho Arts District, and the Metro Station. The 170 freeway is under a mile away, making it easy to get around L.A., but not so close as to create any noise issues. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, & there’s driveway parking.
