This 4BR, 4.5BA house with two living areas, spacious kitchen, & ocean views is the perfect location for a luxury getaway. Three bedrooms have queen beds, & 1 has 2 full beds. With two outdoor living spaces to enjoy the summer weather, this house also has a washer/dryer and wi-fi, dining table for 8, and 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.

One very small guest room for a solo traveller, separate entrance, private bath, forest facing yard, semi private deck, off road close-by parking, and trails to meander steps from your door. This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and a convenient location.

Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

Enjoy the great view of Hampton Beach through the sliding glass door in the front living room or the large deck just outside. Bedroom with a king size bed sleeps 2. Traveling with kids? Sofa in the front room folds out into a full-size bed, and an pull out sleeper chair in the bedroom expands to a single bed. 4th floor. No elevator. Non-smoking unit, no pets.

Completely renovated cottage 300 yards to North Beach on a quiet back street. Home is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay at the beach. 1,100 square feet with 3 beds and 2 baths. Open concept kitchen with brand new quartz island. Plenty of seating for entertaining and activities. Large living room with large TV. Enjoy the outdoor deck after a day at the beach, which is equipped with a Patio table, outdoor sofa, and grill. Two driveways allow for up to 3 cars.

Surf Studio

The surf studio is the perfect location to enjoy a cozy beach vacation. Located two short blocks from the North Beach -the prime surfing , paddleboarding and swimming area for ocean enthusiasts! The surf shop and cafés are a 5 minute walk and the studio cottage has built in storage racks for your boards. Relax on your private deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! The studio is equipped with a microwave/refrigerator, bar-sink and counter for prepping and enjoying lite meals.
