Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Kick back and relax in this light and breezy sanctuary ideal for adults on the edge of Braunton, with its variety of stylish shops, bars and restaurants and 2 easy miles from the fabulous stretch of Saunton Sands. A comfortable well-maintained home with private parking, good sized garden with outdoor seating, hammock, lockable shed and no passing traffic. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. An adult environment not suitable for 0-12s.

The Retreat is surrounded by all the things we love. A 5 minute walk from Croyde village, Croyde beach and a 15 minute walk to Putsborough beach. We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.

Having previously been a family home for 45 years, it has now been totally transformed. Oamaru House is situated only 400 meters from Croyde beach, famous for surfing. The idyllic village centre, which includes various pubs, restaurants and shops, is only a short walk away.
