Everything in this apartment is brand new. Hampton beach is 4 min drive, 40 mins walking, 16 mins bicycle Good access to freeways, We are closed to the beautiful seacoast line, ports like Portsmouth NH, Rye NH, Kittery, Portland ME, Newburyport MA, only 50 mins to Boston, great restaurants, beautiful landscaping walks, and state parks.

Sofa in the front room folds out into a full-size bed, and an pull out sleeper chair in the bedroom expands to a single bed. 4th floor. No elevator. Non-smoking unit, no pets.

Condo on the third floor sleeps 4 people, luxurious 1 bedroom and comfortable sleeper sofa in living room, full furnished kitchen, 2 beach chair included. 2 TV included with cable and wireless internet , 1 designated parking spot and access to condo by elevator.

Cute studio beach cottage with complete kitchen, full bath, and full size bed. Everything is new and updated. Perfect for a relaxing couples vacation. Two minute walk from the beach. Parking for one vehicle in front of house with table and grill outside. Hampton Beach is a great area to visit. Fantastic beach and adjacent boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment. We are on the north end of the main beach; quiet area but only 10 minute walk to the Ballroom Casino. No pets.

Welcome to your top floor ocean view vacation spot. This studio has all you need for a true vacation. Right across the street from North Beach. During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is just down the road. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and queen-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo. No cable, a smart TV.
