The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Casa Etrusca è un monolocale appena ristrutturato in pieno centro storico a Portoferraio. Abbiamo voluto creare un ambiente tipico delle isole..semplice e dai colori chiari ma con l’attenzione ai dettagli per garantirvi il miglior soggiorno possibile. Perfetta sia per una coppia che per una famiglia con due bambini, casa etrusca dispone di un letto matrimoniale e due poltrone letto. Bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata, con piastra a induzione e un fornetto/friggitrice ad aria.

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale
