This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.

There are more than 10 kinds of good quality tea leaves in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee and machine as well. In the early morning, You probably can see wild animals ( mostly deers ) from the window. * Outdoor BBQ is not allowed.

完全独立型二世帯住宅のような建物になっている、1LDKのこぢんまりとした一棟貸しです。隣にはホストが居住しています。建物は新しくシンプルです。ニセコスキー場エリアから、少し離れた静かな別荘地にあります。寝室１、ベッド２台。少し狭くなってもよろしければ、ベッド2台の他に、リビングルームに布団を1組敷いて、最大3名様までご宿泊いただけます。セルフチェックイン、セルフチェックアウトで入室退出できます。町はずれの静かな別荘地です。買い物やレストランへ行くにも、車が必ず必要な場所です。ニセコの各スキー場まで、車で20分以内。ルスツリゾートスキー場まで、車で30分。ニセコビュープラザ（道の駅）まで車で5分。外に出て、近所を少し散歩すると、晴れた日には羊蹄山や遠くにスキー場が見えます。 ※ニセコ町では宿泊税が導入されています。ご宿泊料金に「1泊1名様200円」の宿泊税が含まれます。
