It has direct access to the sea and the main road, is located very close to the wonderful traditional settlement of Nikiti and provides private parking in a 1000 square meter garden, exclusively for guests. Three-minute walk to the beach, and 7-8 minutes to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, fish taverns, super market.
