This is a family friendly 1st floor condo minutes from the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you need on your vacation. Condo is a 15 minute walk from the closest public beach (June Decker beach) or a 3 min by car. The beautiful state park, Henderson Beach, is a 4 minute drive. Pack & play, & highchair are available for little ones. There is access to the HOA pool and a washer and dryer in unit. There are beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.
