It comes furnished with king bed, wall mounted cable TV, small couch and dresser. Cox high speed wifi is available. There is a door slider that separates the casita from the main house. You can keep this locked. You will also have access to the back yard with pool/jacuzzi, bbq, etc. Great place to just kick back and enjoy.
