Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. Fire up the BBQ, relax in the barrel sauna, or light a fire in the outdoor fire pit and let your senses indulge in the natural setting. Outside you can enjoy the comfort of a six- person hot tub, a koi pond, and berry picking in the summer and fall. The covered patio allows for all season use. A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.

Northern Bay Beach House is located on the east coast of Newfoundland in the community of Northern Bay, home to Northern Bay Sands! Northern Bay Beach House is perched on the cliffs overlooking the beach and is just 100 steps from the sand. After a day on the beach, come back to the house for a soak in the hot tub, hang out at the tiki bar (seasonal), or relax by the campfire!
