We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars. The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the The Basin for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride. We are licensed and inspected by the city of Newburyport as a legal STR.

Classic New England home in lovely Newburyport! The open concept layout and fireplace on the first floor creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Having two bedrooms with king-size beds, an office, and two full baths upstairs provides plenty of room for comfort and functionality. The private fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing, grilling and dining. Being so close to downtown Newburyport definitely adds to the appeal of the location in terms of convenience and amenities.

Pretty Cottage on Plum Island, Newbury MA

It's steps to the beach and the reservation. It's private, cozy and clean a great little apartment for relaxing by the sea or touring the area. It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.
