Built in 1888, Cats Castle sits in two acres on the seaward side of the A814, just beyond the western edge of Dumbarton. The property has wonderful views down the Firth of Clyde. Cats Castle is close to Glasgow, Helensburgh, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. The castle comprises three reception rooms, all with working fireplaces, a family kitchen, pantry, and five bedrooms, including the turret bedroom on the top floor. The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Guest flat in Hornby Castle, which is located in the picturesque Lune Valley, in the forest of Bowland and not far from the Lake District, sitting on a hill with dramatic views overlooking the Lune valley and Ingleborough. Relax, enjoy the local walks, including along the river in our garden. Hornby has a good village tea room & pub. Also a good village shop. Our TV is small and only runs off online apps. Remember it is an old house and can therefore be or feel cold.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Tan-yr-Ogo Lodge is a castle conceived as one of a series of lodges to serve Gwrych Castle and was originally the principal and ceremonial entrance to the estate. Tan-yr-Ogo or more correctly, Tan yr Ogof, translates to 'beneath the cave', and is nestled below Lady Emily's Tower and the great cave of Cefn Yr Ogof, all part of the Gwrych Castle Estate.
