This House is family friendly, safe and a close quick commute to Manhattan, and has hosted many groups. 24 Plus beds. The house has 5 Full Bathrooms , 8 +Bedrooms and is A few feet away from The King of New York BIG Mural. The 8 rooms are Class B multiple dwelling for short term. All rooms for short stays for 30 days or less/ w kitchen access. It’s great for groups who want to see NYC .Rooms have AC and 2 Gigs of WiFi for groups or families or corporate retreats. Bright and Open Private Suite

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

Welcome to the Green Room NYC. Many will love it, some may hate it, but one thing is for sure: you're in store for a blast from the past when you stay here.. Designed by designer & muralist, Kate White, this 1879 former hostel was transformed into a retro, green AF abode to feed your adventurous cravings. No detail was spared in creating this funky, nostalgic, 70's themed space. Whether you're visiting for a day or a month, just know the grass is always greener in the Green Room.

Charming, private, newly renovated three-room guest suite in a family-owned Brownstone on a picturesque Brooklyn street. The sunny bedroom has a queen bed and a full size desk with lamp and charging station should you wish to work remotely. The kitchen is fully stocked and looks out onto our back garden. The bathroom has both tub and shower. You’ll be a few blocks from the A/C Trains with easy access to the Wall Street, The West Village, Central Park and the Upper West Side.

The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.
