Our Cozy Cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers modern amenities such as 3 flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, keyless entry. Large eat-in kitchen, a sizable bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a queen size sofa bed, and a den area with a full-size sofa bed. The den area has wireless headphones to allow private TV viewing and/or gaming. Relax on our huge deck, enjoy the sunshine and nature. Or take a nice walk to the reservoir/campground or Millstone Hills Golf Course.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Summer has arrived, and it is one of the prettiest times of the year at Erinwood Farms which is located in the Ohio countryside, just 30 miles from Cedar Point You will be staying in our new Barn, which features a queen bed and two pull-out beds, a kitchenette, and coffee machine. Whether you're seeking a serene country getaway or a peaceful spot to recharge after exploring nearby tourist attractions, Erinwood is the perfect destination for you!

Private Rochester Home

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

The Reformatory Retreat

Perfectly located in central Mansfield at the end of a quiet street. This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. Also, conveniently located close to Kingwood Center, hospitals, and Mid-Ohio Raceway. This home has everything you need from cooking your own meals to doing laundry. Enjoy evenings on the back deck or around the firepit. Disc golf basket and discs are provided for your entertainment.

Private Cottage Surrounded by Nature- Pet Friendly

Relax and recharge at this peaceful place to getaway, visit family, or stay while on business in the area. It is nestled among woods and overlooks a small creek. Visible from the dining room table there are a variety of birds at the feeder and deer by the river. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In addition to the linens, EVERY TIME the bed comforters, pillow shams, shower mat and rug are laundered before the next guest. Stays over 5 days will have a washer and dryer available for use.

Also home to Shelby Bicycle days with some of the best fireworks in the state. 15 minute drive to Mansfield and Ontario with restaurants and shopping. A little over an hr from Cedar Point. Cleveland and Columbus.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.
