The farm is flanked by 230 acres of conservation land to the west and enjoys sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, striking sunsets, and wondrous stargazing.

Suite Getaway

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

Summer Breeze Cottage offers two bedrooms with stunning views of the ocean, short walking distance to town and it sits directly across from crescent beach. This cute oasis sleeps up to 5 guests with a Queen bed, Full Bed and a Twin bed. Relax & enjoy your days at the beach, exploring the many island trails, biking around the island and dining at the many local eateries. The space is above My Oyster boutique/flower shop with private stairway on the side of the building.

The Appleyard Cottage. Walk to town, resturants, and beaches! Bright and airy 3 bedroom home with spacious kitchen and living room. Great for families. The kids bunk room sleeps 4-6 with plenty of space to play. The primary bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king bed and private deck. The second bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen bed walk out to deck. The Appleyard is a shared house with 3 separate private guestrooms in front and cottage in back. No pets please.
