Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

There are two bathrooms on either side of the kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find an oven, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a coffee maker. This facility also has a laundry room for guest convenience.

It’s like being home with an artistic flare. L’Artiste ( French for The Artist) is decorated with original paintings, design by the owners. Each room in the house is uniquely embellished with hand crafted accents. The house has been tastefully renovated to welcome guests for a few nights, a week or a longer stay. The house is located close to the Leesville Art Park, 5 minutes from Byrd Regional Hospital, and a short drive to Fort Johnson.

If you love to hunt or fish, this home is only minutes from Anacoco Lake or Vernon Lake and 30 minutes from Toledo Bend. Game reserve areas are a few minutes away.
