The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

We have a king bed master bedroom, second bedroom is a Full sized bed and a twin bed. We have a recliner as well in the living room. This home is close to the mall, shopping centers and local foods. We have Hamilton college is 15-20 minutes away great place for parents to visit there kids at college. Clinton town is 5-10 minutes.
