It has been completely (yet meticulously) renovated & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic. 10 minute walk/4 blocks to the heart of downtown Wilmington & Riverwalk! As an extension of the tropically-themed PalmTreeHouse upstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHut simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

The Sunsetter sits right across the bridge onto Wrightsville Beach overlooking Banks Channel and is just steps from the beach.  It has been uniquely renovated with one of a kind finishes and tasteful interior design, paying homage to the building's history while bringing it up to date with a Malibu surf style feel!  It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. fully turfed private rooftop deck.

The views simply can't be beat along with the relaxing shady porch and proximity to local shops and restaurants. Park the car for the duration of your stay and immerse yourself as a local with a walk or bike ride to the beach, coffee, bite to eat or concert in the park. Lots of amenities on site as well

My team hosts with the most, and we want to make your stay is perfection! This space is absolutely perfect for a couple and 1 maybe 2 more when needed. With ocean and canal views in the heart of Carolina Beach this little gem comes with a full service kitchen, a nice sized bathtub, and a king size bed! The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Beach access being just a few steps away. 5 minute walk to the CB boardwalk.

3rd Street Hideaway is a cozy 1BR retreat in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. Just steps from the Riverwalk, shops, and restaurants, it’s the perfect spot to relax and explore.
