Welcome to your dream get away at the Summer Tides Cottage! This newly renovated, oceanfront cottage has 2 bedrooms (2 full beds), 1 full bathroom , an open concept living room and kitchen. Outside you will find an oversized deck (propane bbq), large yard, 4 ft firepit and an oceanside hammock. The perfect place to read a book or watch the million dollar sunset. With many endless beaches to choose from on the Northumberland strait from 2 min walk or 2 min drive to Waterside Provincial Beach.

Located on 250' of private ocean frontage. Watch the highest tides in the world roll in and out. This cozy 2 bedroom cottage on 1.5 acres is the perfect setting for a quiet family getaway. Spend the day exploring Nova Scotia then head to your private retreat and relax in your beautiful hot tub. Top the evening off with around a bonfire where the only sounds you'll hear is the water splashing up on the rocks and the crackling of the fire. The giant deck features a dining area and a Napoleon BBQ.

Spend the day picking sea glass from one of our beautiful beaches just a few minutes drive away. Go for a stroll, cycle or snowmobile on confederation trail which can be accessible less than a minute away. There are many historical lighthouses and museums, wineries, boat tours, deep sea fishing, clam digging, golf courses, restaurants and shopping all within a 30 minutes.

Our property is centrally located in Granton and 5 minutes of Pictou, 10 minutes of New Glasgow, 11 minutes to the PEI ferry. Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Seal Rock House

SEAL ROCK HOUSE is a unique hide-away located at the end of a private access road on a 50 acres property with breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean and direct access to a private sandy beach. The house sits on an elevated site overlooking Gegogan Harbour and has breathtaking views onto the Atlantic Ocean. The beach slopes gently into the bay and is perfect for swimming for younger children or launching the kayaks for a tour of the bay and swimming with the seals.

Riverside Cottage (with heated pool Mid Jun -Sept)

Cottage sits right alongside of the West River of Pictou and has a heated swimming pool. Very quiet and private. Couples/Singles only. Free use of the onsite canoe or kayaks. There is a private firepit onsite which can be used when the government burn restrictions permit, and a private deck with a bbq. There is also an above ground heated pool shared with the owners.
