Two queen beds, air mattress & futon mattress. 12 mi. to Montpelier and 7 mi. in the opposite direction to Lake Elmore, 4 miles to Worcester Trailhead and 6 miles to Hunger Mt! A beautiful sanctuary for peace and quiet or Netflix and Wifi, your hearts desire!

Newly Constructed. Old Acadia Ranger Yurt, a 25 ft. Yurt nestled in the pine and maple forest 1/4 mile from Long Pond and Acadia National Park hiking trails. New construction includes a full bath with a large walk-in shower, kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dinette table w/ seating. Bedding includes, 1 Queen sized bed, 1-fold down double couch, Queen bed in loft, and 1 rollaway cot. Towels and bedding provided. Four (4) guests only (no exceptions). Pets are not permitted.

October 6th and 12th are currently vacant if you want a fall foliage trip. Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
