The Charming Cottage is peacefully located in the country 10 minutes from Richlands and nestled behind a tree line for your privacy. The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Complimentary basket with S’mores, chips and popcorn! Coffee, apple cider and hot cocoa also available. WiFi and smart tvs!

For the fishing enthusiasts an array of fish can be caught from the dock to incl, sheep's head, flounder, puppy drum, speckled trout, blue fish, crabs and more.

Located only one block from the boat ramp at the Trent River in Pollocksville, NC and nearly halfway between Downtown Historic New Bern and Jacksonville, and only a 1/2 hour from Emerald Isle beaches – Cottage at the Trent is a stand-alone guest house featuring a stocked kitchen, full bathroom, large loft area for sleeping plus a reading/game area. The unit sleeps 4 – 5 and the property allows for parking trailered boats or RV’s.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
