Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Das Haus ist somit perfekt für Gruppen und Familien geeignet. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind alle wichtigen touristischen Einrichtungen (Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Schwimmbad und Sauna, Bushaltestelle, Skiverleih usw.) innerhalb von ein paar Minuten erreichbar.

Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. Von hier sind es nur 15 Minuten bis in die Innsbrucker Innenstadt. In wenigen Minuten sind aber auch mehrere Skigebiete wie z.b. Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, sowie der Stubaier Gletscher erreichbar. Die Busstation ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
