Chalet Herz³

Das in Holzbauweise neu gebaute Chalet wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im März 2024 fertiggestellt. Es wurde im modernen Stil errichtet und erfüllt höchste energetische Anforderungen. Der Weg vom eigenen Parkplatz, durchs Haus, bis zur überdachten Veranda mit neuem, elektrisch beheiztem Whirlpool wurde ebenerdig gestaltet. We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Naše chata se nachází na polosamotě v lese u řeky Stropnice. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.
