This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a standard shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking facilities near the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

Please note 2 night minimum stay. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from Lincoln, with easy acess to the city. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 2 lovely pubs, one serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

No. 17 is perfectly positioned in the Historic Cathedral Quarter on the same level as the Cathedral (so your choice if you want to go down the famous Steep Hill & take the walk back up again). The house has been recently renovated to a high standard is very warm and cosy. No.17 is in a quiet side street so a good nights sleep is guaranteed.
