Quiet house for relax

The house is located 200m from the sea in quiet neighborhood. Our guests have a big yard at disposal with a trampoline and lots of space for children to play. Also, it is dog friendly house. House is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 3 minutes’ walk from the center of small Mediterranean town of Nerezine. The house is also located below hill Osoršćica with the highest peak on island Lošinj (Televrin 588 m) from where you have the view overall island (https://youtu.be/oQZ5TRAY6yU).

Parkování za domem záleží na počtu aut a není to vždy možné. Klimatizaci nemáme. Apartmán je pro 3 osoby, má dvě velké světlé místnosti směrem ke kostelu. Povlečení a ručníky v ceně. Kuchyň vybavená, lednice, sporák 4 plotýnky. Ložnice s velkou skříní, manželskou postelí a 1 jednolůžkem. Vše na fotografii. V oknech sítě proti komárům. Dům je v centru na náměstí, máte vše nadosah. U domu je místní pekárna, rybárna, řeznictví, restaurace, cukrárna.
