There is a bedroom with 1 queen size bed for two people and one futon which can sleep two people. There are multiple air mattress, pillows and blankets as well. Fully stocked house 3 blocks from the beach and 4 from downtown Belmar with tons of shops and restaurants. There is also an outdoor area on the side of the house with sand and chairs.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
