Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Απέχει 80μ από παραλία με υπέροχη θέα, Βρίσκεται κοντά σε πάρκα, μαρίνα, εστιατόρια, μινι μαρκετ, καφετερια,. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια.
