Our townhouse is in Dutchman`s Bay, a suburb of Nelson Bay on Port Stephens.It is north facing with beautiful views of the bay.It gets a cool breeze in the summer and warm sun in the winter.Dutchies beach, which is secluded and safe for children, is an easy walk down steps in front of our unit.The area has great facilities including a heated swimming pool, lovely beaches and other aquatic facilities.There are 2 golf courses,several bowling clubs, plenty of restaurants and 2 shopping centres.

It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can watch the sunset, go for a walk or swim. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.
