Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Just 15 min from Lake Mohave, 5 min to Rotary Park , and close to the airport, and everything else Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer. House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

Havasu Dunes Resort Mini Suite

A mile South of beautiful Downtown Lake Havasu, you will be checking into a mini suite at Havasu Dunes Resort. Features a kitchenette (mini fridge/stove-top), Queen bed with door for privacy, and pullout sofa in living room. Resort staff are available 7a-10p. Upon check-in you will be required to present ID and a credit card for an incidental hold. Pictures are of the resort in general, the room you are assigned is done at check-in.
