Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

It is located in a leafy, quiet neighbourhood in close proximity to hospitals, UWA and Kings Park, as well as only 6km from Perth's CBD, which can be reached by Bus or Train (Shenton Park Station). Free street parking is available. Not suitable for bookings with children/infants.

Walking distance to restaurants, Kings Park, UWA, Perth Childrens, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood hospitals. Cafe just 100 meters up the street. Close to bus stops or trains for access to Perth or Fremantle. Netflix supplied for guest use.

Twin Gums-Subiaco/Perth Cottage

Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.

Rustic in style, suitable for one person or a couple. Centrally located in a peaceful surrounding, close to medical centre, dentist, cafe, newsagent and more.
