A newly built home, made with care, good taste and all the anneals to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipted. TV, A/C. Both bedroons have anatomic hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. A large bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine. Large courtyard with ceilling fan and sun loungers in the courtyard. Ourdoor shower. Only few steps by the sea.Nearby there are taverns, SM, shops, cafes and bars. Thessaloniki airport is approx 35 km away and the Petralona Halidiki Cave 13km

Secret Paradise 10 minutes from the beach✈🏝🇬🇷

Our house is located in Sozopoli , the distance from the beach by walking is 10 minutes and 2-3 minutes by car. The house consists of a living room, kitchen,2 bedrooms (one inside the house one outside(more private ) ), bathroom (outside)and a barbecue kiosk!!! When you rent the house , it's all on your privacy. There are some local supermarkets, bakery, beach bars and restaurants.

Seashell house just 120m beach!

Seashell houses are located at vergia beach halkidiki and its just 110m from the beach. Its a unique, new and modern style with luxury design . Sleeps 10 persons, 6 persons to the big house and 4 or 5 max to the tiny house. Also has 4 airconditions ,free wifi,barbeque,yard and all that just 110m from the sea! House has and a small terrace with sea view!

Μοναδικός χορός για να κάνετε τις διακοπές σας αξέχαστες! Υπέροχο περιβαλον δίπλα στη θάλασσα! Γεμάτο ανέσεις με εξαιρετική θεα και το καλύτερο ηλιοβασίλεμα της Ελλάδας στο πιάτο σας!! Η παραλία βρίσκεται μπροστά στο σπιτι 1 λεπτο με τα πόδια είναι παρά πολύ μεγάλη με αμμο!! Υπάρχουν εστιατόρια σούπερ μάρκετ φαρμακειο σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά από το σπιτι !

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious house with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The house has a small garden with bbq grill for guests to use. It's a quiet place, 2 min drive to the sea or 10 min by foot. Has a bakery on the opposite side of the road and a supermarket just 5 min by foot.
